Wow. I haven't been on here in like, 6 months. Long time no...anything really
Even though I've been otherwise occupied, I miss all my friends here and I suppose I owe it to you to let you know I'm still alive! And still creative.

Currently I'm beginning my last year in college *gasp* and am due to graduate in December *gasp again*. What this involves, pretty much, is lots and lots of work in lots of classes, lots of applications and a good deal of stress. So yeah, I'm pretty busy. But this semester is full of Japanese goodness so I at least am enjoying my classes a ton, and next semester I'll only have three required classes to finish up so it should be a little more laid back.

After that, I even have plans *no way!*. I've had a rough time readjusting to life in America, so I'm anxious to get back to Tokyo as quickly as safely possible. So, I'm applying to Stanford's little language school in Yokohama, not far from where my dorm was. They only accept like 40 people a year but I'm told there's no reason I shouldn't get in... *crosses fingers* I have a little while yet before I need to apply, so I have time to prepare. If I get in, it means another year at least in Tokyo starting in Fall 09. It seems so far away still, but it's a light at the end of a tunnel.
If I don't get in, I have some back up plans, but they mostly involve getting to Japan one way or another I have people waiting for me after all!

I've been as involved with Fencing Club here as I can be, and as supportive as I can be. It's hard...it's not what I'm used to, over in Aoyama's club, and it isn't always supportive back. But I'm doing what I can to help make positive changes, and I've finally found someone to train me personally, so things are looking up. Progress may be slow, but it's still progress right?

In the Creativity front, I HAVE been writing AND drawing, I swear. Including a bunch from Japan. But my printer/scanner is on the fritz right now and I am way waaay too lazy/poor to get it fixed, so the pictures will have to wait. As for stories, a few are too dear to me to post here (in case I can actually manage to get them published!) but my fanfics should be posted as soon as I can get my act together - that is, sit down and format them. 5 chapters of Bleach coming your way soon!

I don't think this is my big DA revival or anything...all in all I just don't have time much anymore. But I am over on Facebook with decent frequency, so if you want to add me over there, note me ^^ And I'll do my best to at least post my stories for ya all.
